Online booking/Cancellations

レッスンのオンライン予約は、レッスン開始時間の4時間前までの受付となります。またキャンセルにつきましても、レッスン開始時間の4時間前までにご連絡をくださるようお願いします。なお、予約時間前4時間を経過してからのキャンセルにつきましては、レッスン料金の返金対応をすることができかねますので、ご了承ください。

Online booking is a minimum of 4 hours before the scheduled lesson time. Cancellations should be done at least 4 hours before the scheduled lesson.

Payment methods 支払い方法:

レッスン料金のお支払いは、各レッスン終了時にお支払いいただくその都度払いか、月ごとにお支払いいただく月謝払いからお選びください。

現金払い、銀行振り込み、キャッシュレス決済（PayPay）がご利用いただけます。

Lessons may be paid individually at the end of each lesson Or Lessons may be paid monthly by invoice.

Payments may be done in, Cash, Bank Transfer, or PayPay.

Location 場所 :

レッスンは、オンラインまたは対面にて行います。

オンラインレッスンでは、Zoom、Skype、Line Video、Facetime、Facebook Messengerをご使用いただけますので、いずれかをレッスン開始前までにご準備ください。

対面レッスンは、Buso Agora内の当オフィスにて行われます。生徒さんのご希望に合わせてオープンスペースでの受講も可能です。また、施設に常備されているフリードリンク（コーヒーや紅茶など）を飲みながらレッスンを受講していただけます。

当オフィス以外でのレッスンをご希望される場合は、場所や状況により交通費やドリンク費用を請求させていただくことがあります。

Lessons may be held online or in person.

Online lessons are held on Zoom, Skype, Line Video, Facetime, or Facebook Messenger.

In-person lessons are primarily held at Buso Agora share office. Students may request private office space or the common free area. Students can have a complimentary drink of coffee, or tea (hot or iced).

In-person lessons outside the office may require additional fees for transportation and drink purchases (outside cafe).

Health and Safety 安全衛生:

Buso Agora の来訪者と生徒さんには、マスクの着用、入口に設置していますアルコール消毒と検温器にて、手指消毒と検温をしていただいております。37.5分以上の発熱がある場合は入館ができかねますので、予めご了承ください。また生徒さんの距離は充分に確保した上でレッスンを行っています。感染予防のため、ご協力とご理解のほどよろしくお願いいたします。

All visitors and students to Buso Agora must use alcohol disinfectant and check their temperature at the entrance. individuals with a temperature of 37.5'c will be asked not to enter. Teachers and students are encouraged to maintain social distance and wear a mask in all public areas of Buso Agora.

Environmental policy 環境ポリシー:

資源の節約をするために、紙の資料を提供するのではなく、可能な限りデジタル化することで環境保全に取り組んでいます。レッスン中のノートや宿題、その他案内は基本的にメールやメッセージアプリを使用させていただきます。

To do our part in reducing waste and environmental damage, Your Story English tries to avoid using paper and copies. When possible notes will be taken digitally and delivered to students by email or messaging.
